Republic Service and the Clark County School District in collaboration with the Desert Research Institute’s GreenPower Program, the Alliance for Climate Education (ACE), and the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) are proud to host the first ever student/teacher recycling training. ACE and NDEP will lead a 5-hour student leadership workshop in conjunction with an all-day teacher training workshop led by DRI. There will be a combined student/teacher training opportunity from 12:30pm-2:30pm that day. This program is aimed for middle and high schools.

This is a one-day teacher training for participating high school teachers engaged in the Nevada EnergyWise Educator program. We will be providing three sub reimbursements for each school. Snacks and lunch will be provided.
